From grand galas to intimate gatherings, the Mellon Auditorium offers a collection of magnificent spaces. The main Auditorium with the balcony create a breathtaking backdrop for over 650 seated guests or up to 1,000 for a theatre-style reception.
For more intimate moments the Foyer can welcome over 250 guests for a standing reception, while the Portico accommodates 150. The Green Rooms provide further possibilities: the expansive Center Green Room hosts up to 250 standing or 150 seated guests. While the East and West Green Rooms are perfect for smaller groups, up to 50 guests.

At Meridian International Center, both historic houses are equipped with elevators and wheelchair-accessible restrooms. Additionally, you can arrange to ensure ramp access can be placed at the entry in advance. For your convenience, a private parking lot accommodates up to 30 cars. While street parking is limited, metro stations such as Dupont Circle, Woodley Park, and U Street are within 20 minutes walking distance.

While street parking is limited, numerous nearby garages offer ample and convenient parking options for your guests, allowing everyone to arrive with ease.

The Georgetown gallery, featuring a beautiful indoor space and a serene outdoor courtyard, is a stunning choice for gatherings of up to 150 guests. The 14th Street location boasts a sophisticated indoor gallery and an exclusive rooftop garden, perfectly suited for 125 guests for a cocktail-style reception or a more intimate seated dinner for 65.

The Georgetown location is fully ADA accessible. For events at the 14th Street location, guests can use the paid lot at the Washington Plaza Hotel or find street parking. Additionally, the Georgetown gallery, we recommend the paid lot at Georgetown Park or nearby street parking. Additionally, this venue partners with MJ Valet to offer an elevated valet experience for your guests!
Security is required at all events; the venue handles the booking, while you simply cover the fee. To extend the celebration, both locations have fantastic hotel partners for your convenience. The Georgetown Inn is our go-to for our Georgetown gallery. While The Viceroy, The Darcy, The Kimpton Banneker Hotel, and The Washington Plaza Hotel are all capital affair partners for our 14th Street location.
