I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this Viva Magenta color is here to make a statement this year and so did this bold and colorful in the Vegas desert elopement too! B & K had a very intimate ceremony with just a few of their loved ones in the Valley of Fire, Seven Sisters. They were all for making a statement and that they did with their bold and colorful palette. These vibrant and crisp colors of magenta really stood out and the dramatic red rocks were a perfect backdrop for their desert elopement. With this in mind we created one of our favorite cake designs, an earthy raw gemstone inspired cake which tied the whole look together and we absolutely loved the results!

Desert Newlyweds
Elopements are so intimate and romantic and guess what? You can pretty much still do things you would do in a traditional wedding, like a grand exit! Which is what B & K wanted to incorporate into their bold and colorful elopement. Grand exits are such a fun and cinematic way to end the wedding. This can be done so many ways, but this also depends on your location. When you do an outdoor wedding there are two things to think about. One, you want to think about the environmental impact, and two, a lot of outdoor venues have restrictions. A great option is throwing rose petals, just make sure they are real petals and are picked up after. Or pop out streamers that are attached to the tube and an easy disposal. Or for a fun and no mess way, you can do bubbles!
This bold and colorful in the Vegas desert elopement had everything you could wish for. From vibrant hues, to lush blooms and incredible views. Wanting to make a bold and colorful statement? Let’s make your dreams come true!
