Red Rock Canyon Wedding | From a Blank Canvas to a Dream Wedding

Today I am so excited to dive into Sam and Luke’s wedding! They decided they wanted to throw a minimalistic wedding amidst the breathtaking backdrop of Red Rock Canyon, Las Vegas. Keep reading to see how we completely set up Sam and Luke’s Red Rock Canyon wedding from a blank canvas! I’m talking about turning a completely empty space into Sam and Luke’s dream wedding.

Creating the Vision From the Ground up

Imagine rugged cliffs and a beautiful desert backdrop. This wedding was completely designed with the environment in mind. Sam had even mentioned she wanted to be able to look back at her wedding and remember it as unique! So we made sure the vision came to life. That was what was so unique about this wedding; we were able to completely transform a space that had nothing and turn it into a beautiful wedding.

Wedding at Red Rock Canyon Unfolds

For the ceremony space, we laid out carpets down the aisle, and the couple was met with beautiful florals that we placed behind them on the ground. For the reception, we went for the more minimalist route with bud vases throughout the tables. The table cards even had pictures of them as children, and it was so cute. We chose wooden tables and chairs so they would be cohesive with the mountains in the backdrop of their wedding. We also couldn’t forget the hanging twinkling lights that added a layer of romance to their Red Rock Canyon wedding.

Now, let’s talk about the tunes. DJing was very important to them. They really cared about giving their guests a great time. The groom is originally from the UK, and all of his family too, so that was awesome to bring them all over stateside and make them see why they loved this space so much.
