We have also seen Anniceptions or sequel weddings come into popularity for couples who tied the knot privately last year. There has been an uptick in weekday weddings as well. Because of the large quantity of weddings happening this year, many businesses in the wedding industry are already booked up! Bold Color Palettes

Bold bright colors are making a comeback. They add tons of fun to your big day & give an opportunity to showcase your personality. This year we are expecting to see a lot more people shy away from the muted colors that have been popular for awhile & embrace colors.

Monochromatic color schemes are taking a front seat this year. We love the elegance & cohesiveness of these looks. Shades of any color can be used to make this dream come true.

Celestial

This dreamy space theme is perfect for couples who have bonded over stargazing, share a love of space or astrology. Delicate gold moon/planet accessories, twinkling lights & high contrast between light & dark can make a wedding like this completely out of this world.  

Eco friendly

Sustainable eco-friendly weddings continue to grow in popularity & we could not be happier about it. Potted plants, organic forms & natural color palettes are popping up at events everywhere. If you don’t want your big day to make a big impact on the environment, this could be the theme for you.

Dried Floral

Another one of the 2022 trends we’ve been seeing pop up is the inclusion of dried flowers & elements in floral. They can add to bohemian vibes & tend to hold up better than fresh florals.

Mother of pearl! We love the comeback of this simple & elegant gem. Pearl vails, dress & details having been popping up all over 2022 trends.

The trends of donut walls & cupcake-only weddings are dying out. Some of the most popular searchs on Pinterest for wedding cakes this year were gravity-defying (+70%), bubble (+55%), and 3D cakes! We can expect to see these delicious deserts taken to new heights in 2022.

The trend of having food trucks park at weddings isn’t going anywhere anytime soon! Guests love the convenience & delicious local cuisine. Couples can pick exactly what meal they’d like to have on their wedding night rather than the typical chicken steak or fish option. Everybody wins!

Want to stand out from the other handful of weddings your guests may be attending this year? Join the trend of hiring a performer for the evening! The entertainment can really liven up your reception & get everybody involved in the fun.

We’ve seen photo booths evolve quite a bit in the last few years. There are specifically styled booths, 360 degree angle booths & even Tik Tok booths are popping up now! A super fun way for everyone to remember the event.
